Always a welcome addition to an elk or goat hunt, concentrating exclusively on muledeer has it's own rewards. Hunting bachelor bucks early in Sept. or late season bucks during the rut in Nov., produces excellent trophies. Very few experiences compare to a high alpine hunt for muledeer. "High, wide & handsome" not only describes the deer, but also the hunting country.
